Hello, I'm Brenton Schneider, owner, chief writer and editor of Powerful Resumes Pro. As a former marketing manager within two well known national companies and a dean within two nationally ranked private universities, I've been on the other side of the desk, looking at a large stack of resumes. Facing many priorities in my daily schedule, my attention span was admittedly short, as I scanned key words within inviting formats in the hope of boiling the stack down to manageable size. Sometimes a resume was not the best way to get my attention.
Today, my challenge is to incorporate the language and features which caught my eye and integrate them into documents which best represent a professional job candidate seeking a highly desired opportunity. Most of the time that will take the form of an expertly written and strategically targeted resume and cover letter. Sometimes not! Either way, once you're in front of a decision maker, how you handle the interview is everything. We can greatly assist you with that!
